The Real Me U1 was launched last year in the month of November also received a security patch update recently. Now the device is getting another permanent price cut. Recently the sub-brand of Oppo has slashed the price of the handset by Rs.1000 on both the 3GB as well as 4GB RAM variants and now the device get further price cut. The base variant or the 3GB RAM along with 32GB of internal storage is now available for Rs. 9,999 which was launched for Rs. 11,999.

The 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant of the Realme U1 was launched for Rs. 14,499 is now currently available for 11,999. The previous price cuts bough the pricing of the devices to Rs. 10,999 and Rs. 13,499 respectively, and now get another price slash of Rs. 1000 and Rs. 1500 of them. The device is available for the new prices at Amazon India store along with the companies India website and across offline stores.

The device came out of the box with Android 8.1 Oreo operating system and should be getting a further update soon. The companies CEO, Madav Sheth also confirmed that the device will be getting an Android 9 Pie update along with which it will also be getting the Netscape mode for low light photography.
